Jason and I did "Nate" this am at the gym. Jason did it as Rx and I did a modified Nate (I hate it when I can't do it as Rx! Argh!)
We both did 12 rounds. Jason rocked it, he looked really strong.

It was fun to watch Tessa, Will and Kaleb push through "Barbara" this am too. You guys got great times, nice job!
Remember- Dave is at the gym all today so take advantage of that time and go in and do some personal training or basic movements.

Barbara. today. Like always looked easier on paper. It was great to have Tessa and Kaleb there to work out with. Thanks to Dave for coming in and training us and for the help with my muscle-ups.
Got the chance to watch Jason and Natalie do Nate. Pretty cool, strong work by both of them. Plus I gotta tell ya it was kind of fun to have the chance to tell a trainer "ok three deep breaths and go again", (insert evil chuckle here). I even heard Tessa do the "3,2,1, go!" to Jason when he was trying to take a quick breather. Come on Tessa admit it, you gotta a kick out of it.
Anyways, I like the new schedule, hope it works out well for the trainers to.

Hey Crossfit Gang,
I did Barbara at home in 18min and 10sec. AWESOME workout. Please post my time. My endurance is getting better every week. I haven't been in this good of shape since I was in the Air Force training with the PJs. I am out of town until Monday. Thanks for the new health.

Barbara was crazy! I was there by myself at 5... I ended up getting 19:13. My abs and arms and legs and ...well everything is killing me today!
