Time 30:30 or somewhere around that. I think. Run wasn't to bad, box jumps were actually a little breather cardio wise, wall balls were like getting kicked in the groin thirty times. :o
I have never been so close to hurling. Afterwards I had to go hang over the dumpster and do the whole retching thing. You know a touch of bile and then saliva just slobbering all over! ;)
Tessa was pushing me the whole time. You can't let up when she's doing a WOD with ya. Glad Nat, Steve and Tills were there to cheer us on. Would have been alot harder without that.
So after we get done Nat does the WOD and totally BLOWS us away. Pretty awesome! Nat talks like she has no game but don't believe her. She is freaky tough!
Sweet WOD hope I don't have to do it again anytime soon.:)

Nice job today Will and Tessa! You guys really pushed through this one, I was so proud! :) I have to agree, "Kelly" totally sucked. I haven't felt like that during and after a wod for a long time...Yikes! (Wasn't quite as bad as labor though Will! ) Thanks for cheering ME on everyone.
Once again, you two rocked today. Your form looked good throughout the brutality. Keep it up!

I think I'm going to have to agree with Will and Nat. "Kelly" really sucked this morning. The running is the worst part for me... My diaphragm really felt like it was spasming during the run. I couldn't catch my breath for some stupid reason. You believe me right?

So, yeah the time is NOT impressive, but I finished:) Does that count?? I think I would have done worse had I not been looking at Will's behind the whole time. Geeze, I swear, if I could grow about 5 inches and get a brand new set of lungs, I might be able to go faster. Thanks guys for cheering me on... even though I really sucked today:)
Nat, like Will said, blew us out of the water. She is amazing, quite an inspiration.

Tessa- Yeah,,,, I work out alot ya know,,, so my tight hiney can be pretty motivating! :) lol I know what you meant but I gotta tease you for the way it sounds. Now you know how I feel 99% of the time when all I can see is your back side the whole time I'm trying to catch you. I'm still getting a chuckle out of it every time I read that line. Ya pervert!
Oh and we believe you. ;)

I did weighted pull-ups today with Dave at the gym at work. We both pushed and got P.R.s.

I got up to 105 lbs
Dave got to 100 lbs

it was tough but it doesn't sound as hard as Kelly.

After, I worked on handstands w/ the paralletes. Able to hold one for bout 15 sec. (that's good for me).
Will "nice tushie", made all the running look easy. You n Tessa did a good job on Kelly t'day.
