Should have started a little higher but I couldn't remember what I had last time until I looked in my book when I got home. I wanted 70# pretty bad, next time I'm gonna smash the 70# barrier. Watched Dave do 100#, pretty impressive!
Decided to work on OHS afterwards, wanted to see what my max was. I was really expecting to top out around 100-110#. Was pretty excited to make 150#. Think I can get 155# but psyched myself out a little when I got 155 overhead and thought "Wow that's friggin heavy!". Never thought I would be within 10# of doing bodyweight OHS. You all know it and I know it but I'll say it anyways, nothing makes you feel like a bad a@* the way CrossFit does. Not that I'm anywhere near the level of bad a$& that alot of you guys and gals are at.

Will, nice job on your weighted PU and OH squat! 150# that's impressive! You smashed your old PR's. Don't you just love Crossfit?
Oh, and yes, you are a bad a@#!

Feel great for only coming once in the past 3 weeks. It is nice to be over the nasty cold I had that took 2 antibiotics to get rid of and be back in the gym. I can tell a huge difference in myself for not going the past 3 weeks. And I don't like it. Looking forward to feeling good again. Looking forward to tomorrow nights WOD. Dave thanks for being there tonight. You are a great trainer! Thanks for letting me work out during the basic movement class so I could get my daughter to cheer. And thanks Will for supporting me. You guys all rock!
