With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

We had a great class this am. A big welcome to Jennifer, Wendell, and Ben. We are glad you came in today and hope to see you all again soon!

Jennifer, Ben, TR, and Jeremy all did "Chelsea" today and did awesome. Thanks for keeping up on the timer for me Jeremy :)

Travis, Wendell and Phil did the C & J wod. Great form guys! This one looks easy on paper, but by round 5 it gets pretty tough. Thanks everyone for being patient today with a large class. Hope to see you all tomorrow!

Dang I am sad that this afternoons workout is at 630, I cant make it tonight, but I am very excited to see my strength getting up! Thanks for the workouts!

Did 135# C&J with the running clock thingy.
As rxd with 135#
Four Minutes- Had a heck of a time getting the last one up. Using steel plates so no way to dump it so in the interest of the floor and not hurting myself I quit there.
Went to 115# and started all over. Got to 5 plus 2 and couldn't keep the pace.
Just when I was feeling strong this WOD came along and humbled me. I am NOT looking forward to tomorrows WOD. Last time I did that one it dang near killed me. Heavy days are definitely a weakness. UGH!

Had Jenny come in tonight and do the Clean and Jerk workout. She had great form on both movements. They just kept getting better every round. By the end of the work out they were dang near perfect. So great job Jenny. She did 6 rounds plus 5 reps with 45#.

After she left I tried to chase Jason's Barbara time and was unsuccessful. Did it in 44:14 and felt drunk for about a half hour after. Barbara just enjoys kicking my butt.
