already know the movements.

Sorry I did not make it. Worked very late tonight. Plan to make it tomorrow night. Want to leave work early so I can be there during the open gym time. 3-5 I have a mother daughter thing to go to at 6:00.

My back felt good. Feelin' woozy, upside down too much....

Mandy, I told Jason to expect to see you at the gym today. So glad to hear you are feeling better- finally!
Will- just to feel your pain I did today's WOD. I used 65#, wished I would have tried a litte more. But the wod was still a killer. Heavy days are my weakness too. I will take a met.con. anyday.
Will- when you do your wod, use the same weight for all movements. Your DL and PJ will probably be the easiest, but the HC and FS are hard. Good luck!

Hadn't planned on doing a WOD yesterday but since I did that made today my rest day. So I'll have to get todays WOD tomorrow morning as much as I hate to have to do it. Definitely gonna scale it this time as I don't feel like another hour and a half workout like the last time I did it. Ok I'll quit crying about it and just get it done tomorrow.
Nat- Yeah I planned on using 115# for all of them. Good thing i don't have to be anywhere until 5 in the afternoon. Gives me plenty of time.:)

Jason I am sorry I was not there. I know I sound like I am full of excuses but I really do have a good excuse! My son got in a fight after school. So I ended up there until 5:30 with the parent of the other kid in the directors(my boss) office. Luckily my son did not start it. Then I had to be at mother daughters night at church at 6:00. But you will be proud of me. I walked right in the door and told Will lets go. I went down stairs and did the work out. I originally was only going to do 3 rounds. I got to round 3 and said I got 1 more in me. Finished that and Will said I know you got 1 more in ya.
So.... 45lbs-5 rounds- 37:30. If there are excuses why I can't do it, then there are excuses why I can. I am once again planning on being there tomorrow night. (as long as there are no more fights lol) Once again sorry Jason!

That is awesome. It takes a true Crossfit addict to do the wod after all of that. Especially at home. That wod is a grinder. Good work.

I had Brooke in today at 6:00 pm. She did the barbell wod also. pushed through it. Blake came it today and did it. Travis also. Everyone was lying on the floor dying after they were done.

Five rounds of anything at any weight sucks doesn't it?
