Those dang burpees!
Ok, guys. Get ready to get your game on. We are going to start
doing contests once a month with the other Utah affiliates. We will
all post the same WOD on the same day. Then we will compare times to
see who won at which gym. This is going to be a lot of fun. It will also
give us a chance to showcase our great athletes!
Be watching for the first one to be posted soon!

Hey where is everyone today? I haven't seen any posts and not many people at the gym this am. If I find out you didn't come because of the Burpees, you're all in trouble! :) Nat

today was so hard!!! I haven't worked out for about a week because of an injury, and this was the worst day to start out. I am not sure of my time it was like 26:45 Or so. It felt really good when Brooke and I got done, It just was hard! Thanks cody!!!
