a partner. If you don't bring a friend you may have to do the workout
by yourself, which means more reps. :)

I did my first sweat Angel yesterday! lol Never knew about them until I came in and saw one. So after I was done I did one. It even said "go climb a rock" on it. lol But yeah Wills was way cool.

Looking forward to CFT tomorrow and Elizabeth on Friday. Then something "fun" on Saturday. Can it get any better? Nope! Guess I should get to bed so I'm rested up for the next few days coming down the pipe.

Don't know if it is a pr, but I think its close. Finished the pullups 2 min faster than the last time...so, thats good.
Will, it is a matter of getting my belly just in front of my toes then I just play catch up round the track for those 400 m runs. You should try it!

Well, today was one of those days... well day two for me this week, of not feelin it. Yesterday I went down a total of 15# on my CFT PR, I was really bummed; and then today on Elizabeth I wanted to die!!! If it hadn't of been for Nat and Jason, I probably would have quit...

I was really bummed about this time, but of course Nat and Jason said it was great to make me feel good. During the second round I REALLY wanted to go down on the weight but both Jason and Nat said "Come on, you can do 2 more..." then I ended up finishing the WOD with 85#!! This one was mind over matter for me, it's crazy how you feel like your body can't do any more, and then you finish! I can't believe as rx'd for women on this one is 95#, that seems unreal/not doable.
So, Tills, you never cease to amaze me! Angie's a beast and you rocked it!
Will, Mandy... It sounds like things are going great! I've had to come in the mornings this week, it's just worked out that way! I miss you guys! (Brooke and Justin too:(
Travis, I seriously laughed out loud when you posted that comment yesterday...
And... I need a sweat angel :( I would probably do one if I thought I could get up off the ground after, but I don't know if I could.
Well, the CF saga continues... now I end my novel! See you all tomorrow AM... I'm scared! BOO!

Ok- So it was sooooooo cool to watch Tessa today. We all know she is amazing. But she did 85# full squat cleans and though she said she was dying, her form remained beautiful throughout the entire wod. That is why we would not let her quit or go down on weight. This one is a mental wod as well as physically hard when your legs are burning by the second round. This is where you get your gains everyone ...pushing through those wods where you think you can't do it...and then pull it off. Sometimes you need to play with a heavier weight then you think you can do. Then you realize after the wod that you CAN do it. AWESOME WORK TESSA! Inpiring.
Travis- your comments always crack me up too. You know we are so awesome here at Viking we wouldn't have to lie. :) Viking CF rules.

Shouder press 95 115-PR 115
Deadlift- 225 275 285-PR

Total 620

That's an increase of 25. Increased my PRs in Shoulder Press and DL by 10lbs and back squats by 5lbs. I would have to say that hitting the heavy days is definitely paying off for me. I think I could have gone up 15 on the back squat but I missed getting full ROM so we didn't count it.
I'm pretty stoked. WOO HOO!!! I wanna walk around singing Michael Jacksons "BAD" now. :) Not really!
Tills- I'm gonna try the belly thing next time we do a run WOD. Personally I just think you can motor and are being humble.

Okay I left Crossfit so excited like a little kid.
So I did yesterdays WOD like Will. (Which it was really cool to watch him)He did GREAT!!!

Back Squat-85, 105, 110PR
Shoulder Press-65, 70PR
Dead Lift- 145, 170, 175PR
Crossfit Totals- 355
(My last total was 325)

So I did 3 personal Records. Woo-hoo! I am doing the dance!!! lol I Can't wait to see what the next totals for me is. I got frustrated with the Shoulder Press because I kept trying to do the bounce in the push press. grrr So I will be working on that in warm ups. Anyway LOVED tonight and I am on cloud 9.

Had a great day today in the gym people were coming in all day. So I got in a lot of one on one time with people. It is really exiting to see people have success with Crossfit. Keep it up and your gains will continue.

I just want to thank Jason for staying late today! Brooke and I showed up at about 6:30 and he was happy to stay and do the workout with us... Thank you Jason!
As for the workout, I really enjoyed it and felt the burn in my legs! i am excited to see the different gains and strides that everyone including myself have made here with the WOD's
