It's time for a CF total everyone! It's going
to be exciting to see the progression you have
all made since the last total. For some of you,
this will be your first Crossfit Total. Eat your Wheaties!
This Saturday bring a friend in for a group workout. You will
need a partner that day. If you don't have a friend you may have
to do the workout by yourself....which means more reps. :)

So...I tried, a 45lb vest doing
21-15-9
push ups
situps
Then run 1 mile.
Times:
7+ min on pushups and situps
12 min mile
Man! I'm glad I don't weigh 275!!!!

Ok- so the affiliate challenge was suppose to start today. I didn't get the word until late this am. The other affiliates and I talked about the last Thursday of every month being the affiliate wod. So I will post details when I know for sure. It's going to be awesome!

I did yesterday WOD. Four rounds for time 400 Meter Run 2 Minute Rest.
Times:
1- 2:27
2- 3:00
3- 2:47
4- 2:28

I started out with my legs sore from yesterday. Breathing was my issue. 2nd round I was not breathing right from the beginning. That was my worse round. And then at the third round I tried a different way of breathing and it worked great. Will did great! I want his times. lol 1 day..... 1 day.....lol and I believe Will and I will be there tomorrow night and Saturday morning. And Will I believe was going to try to come in Friday morning. Good Luck everyone!

Little disaapointed with my times. I was hoping for shorter on the first 2 rounds at least. Gave it all I had but fell short of what I wanted. Legs felt heavy 3/4 of the way through the first 400m. I was toast by the end. My hat is off to Tills who posted similar times to mine but is twice my size.
Tills- you're full of it when you say you can't run! :)
I'm in for Saturday for sure. Probably come in Friday morning if others are coming in but don't hold a class just for me. If nobody else is interested I'm more than willing to do my scheduled rest day and let the trainers spend Halloween with their families.

Nice job Will and Mandy! Good job for not skipping out on the run wod. It will pay off.
We are on for Friday, so if you want to come, Cody will be there and I am going to try to make it for a little while.
I'm hoping a lot of people will come Saturday morning for a fun group wod!

I am going to try and come in on Friday morning, Brooke will be working, and neither of us will be able to make it in on saturday:( And I can't wait to start the affiliat challenge!! Sounds competitive!!!
