my grip was burnin'!!
1st round 15 reps no break...I was light headed goin' into the run.

Blake and Phil were working on power cleans when we got there. They did awesome. They have been really improving on their technique.

Reset my timer to time the students doing their stuff and thought I would remember mine but obviously I don't.
Was ready to quit after the first round. Amazing how much harder it is some days when you don't have somebody cheering you on. Makes it alot harder for me mentally to push through.
