Soccer game tonight at 7:40 pm. It's not to
late to sign up and play! Please pay your fees
to one of the trainers if you have not already

Have a great workout with Steve everyone! I won't be able to make it in the morning, I got home from work today and found out 7 kids were sleeping over- Yikes! :)

Phil and Travis got smoked today! Here's what it was:

As a team AMRAP in 30 min:
5 Power Clean (95#)
10 Burpees
15 Sit Ups
One team member works while the other rests.

They got 14 rounds plus 5 Cleans and 4 Burpees.

Get yourself a team mate and try this one out!
The alternating rest periods allow you to really turn yourself inside-out.

I forgot to post yesterday! I did the work out with Tessa, Will, Blake, and Phil! It was a good WOD. I am feeling it in my arms and chest! Sorry Steve I did want to come this morning but I really wanted 1 of my 5 days off to be a sleep in moring. lol I know not a good excuse! But hey I went everyday last week except Thanks giving. As far as the soccer game everyone did good! It was Wills first game and he did great! Natalie I hope your leg is feeling better. EVERYONE we need more people! Come on!!! This coming Saturday!!!
