Tomorrow is our affiliate challenge WOD! All the Utah
Crossfit affiliates will be doing the same wod. We will
turn in everybody's times, subs, and gender and they will be scored to see
who won. We want everyone to try to come in sometime
throughout the day to participate. Let's show 'em how we
do it here at Viking Crossfit!

Tills- I didn't know you liked to skank! (hehe, sounds funny) Jason and I were suppose to go to that show! I didn't know it was last Saturday night. Dave what happened to the tickets?????? Oh- I'm so bummed, I love Stretsh Armstrong. I used to work with Scott, the lead singer. It would have been fun to see him again. Jason and I love the Ska music. Bummed now. I will bring the CD into the gym and we can all do some skankin'. How about Saturday? :) "I will gladly pay you Tuesday...."

So sorry everyone that there is not a 6pm class tonight. We do not have a trainer available. We can make up the wod for anyone who wants to do it later this week. But not Wednesday... because we are all going to kick butt on our affiliate wod challenge! Bring it!

Chad- if you are reading this, we are not able to do a basic movements class with you tonight due there not being a trainer available tonight. Jason will be at the gym Wednesday and there are several times available. Call Jason to reschedule. Sorry about that! I look forward to meeting you and Welcome!

Garcia's...I grew up w/ Scott VW's fam in SD. His mom is like my second mom. His dad was my Bishop for a while. The show was awsome..they sounded great. Dar and the kids went and had a blast! Sorry, you missed it. You probably didn't even need tickets, Scott had a looooong "will call" list.
Sorry, no WOD post at this time, I'll post a real post later in the evening. (Trying to be a "multi" poster:)

Tonight was a blast! Probably ONE of the best so far at CF (cause there are a lot)! I was hoping we would have a good turnout cause having lots of people is fun...I showed up right at 6 and there were 7 of us!! Sorry for the craziness Steve, you handled it all VERY well!

So, I was pretty stoked tonight about how much team work and motivation there was! Even though it was all individual, everyone was cheering everyone on and it was AWESOME!! Steve did AWESOME training everyone and was SO SO nice to stay late even on his son's birthday! Thanks again Steve!
Question: Jason I have work until 6 tomorrow night but REALLY want to come, so if you have the time, I will just be a few minutes late... ???? I'll speed in... well as long as Phil and Blake are already there, I don't think I could handle a ticket right now! Have Nat text me to let me know if that'll be alright! Thanks!
