Five rounds for max reps of:

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

This is a benchmark wod everyone. We rarely do bench presses
so this will be a fun one! Like Coach Rippetoe says, the benchpress
will help build your "chesticles" :)

T'day did the FBG....A three letter group that reminds me of many four letter groups.
Steve, was there to coach me through my valley of the shadow of death....Thank you Steve.
It was a dark stormy night...no lie there I was....
Had to do some novelish stuff to keep up...now the "nitty gritty"!
I pushed to get braggin rights on Will's 239.:)..but fell 8 short!
Total FGB was:( 231.
Next time Will..next time! I was up from 205..and no pukie t'day!

You crack me up Tills. I don't know why you're fightin' fire for a living when you should be writing award winning novels with those mad skills you have. Nice improvement, up 26 from your old score! I noticed on the main page that FGB was coming up pretty soon. Looks like I'll have to step it up. I can't have you being stronger PLUS having a higher FGB score. That would be more than my fragile ego could stand. ;)
I wanted to get in this morning and hit "Lynne" with Steve, but I have a Haz-Mat course I'm teaching to our new recruit class all next week. I'm a little behind the curve getting things all organized so I've had to take the day to get things all figured out. So it looks like no WOD for me today at this point. Anyways, back to the grind for me, break is over.
