don't know if that's a PR...but I will tell you that on the treadmill @ 1% grade, I almost did a JACKASS off the back end on the third round as my legs turned to jello!

Tills- I would pay good money to rent the JACKASS video that had footage of you getting shot off the end of a treadmill! LOL
No WOD yet today. Getting ready to go teach at the college and I'll do one with the students for their daily pt. Better go get ready it's about time to leave.

Today my knee is still swollen, so I did shoulder press, and back extensions. 21-18-15-12-9-6-3. My time was 14:12. It was hard, but watching Brooke struggle through that running and squats, looked tough too! It was good to see everyone show up tonight! Today i really started to get my pullups in multiples! It feels great! Thanks Jason for helping out with those!

Tonight was awesome for me. I don't think my time was that comparable to Will or Natalie or Jason or Tills for that matter, but for me, I felt GREAT!! I can totally tell a difference on my runs now. The treadmill helped push me I think, along w/ Jason yellin in my ear ;) Everyone did awesome tonight - Me, Kalub, and Jenny one round then Phil and Blake on another. Brooke and Justin were just finishing up as we were warming up! Nice work all!
We'll see all of you hopefully tomorrow night!

Today in the morning I worked with Travis and he did awesome on Lynn bench press and pull-ups. I was really impressed with his progress.

In the afternoon everyone else came in. It is awesome how everyone is doing on their pull-ups. Everyone is having real progress.

Chad came in after everyone left at 19:00 hours. He did five kipping pull-ups and it is only his fourth time. Great job everyone.

Time- 8:43 or 7:43

Can't remember which one it was. I was timing everybody so I didn't stop it when I got done. I think the 400m might have been a little short. Either that or I've gotten faster at my pull ups and box jumps. Afterwards we did some walking lunges with dumbbells. Believe its called the "waiters carry" or something like that. Had two people doing the the lunges while the rest of us alternated between planking and squats. Good workout overall.
Tessa- Great, I'm doing the 400m run and squats WOD tomorrow since every station has a treadmill so it's a good station WOD. I was looking forward to it until I saw your comment. :) Now I have to really push it after your comment that makes it sound like I'm fast or something just so I can live up to the hype.
