Oh man, I won't be redeeming myself on this wod since I already know a certain person who does muscle-ups better than I do. Now that I think about it my chances are pretty slim on any wod. Gotta work on muscle ups, double unders, wall balls, you name it to even be able to stand a chance. UGH!
Maybe tomorrow would be a good time to suddenly get sick. My fragile ego can't take the continual pounding!
Will.....just pound yourself in to that brilliant diamond we all see you are:] Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee!!!!

Hey, we are thinking of some future team events we, as Viking Crossfit, can participate in and Travis and I were talking about doing Wasatch Back Relay. Anyone interested?
Let me know it would be so fun.
Jason
I would love to run the Wasatch Back with the gym. One problem, after running it every year but the first one I finally got the Ragnar leg on the team I run with. Basically the only way I would think of switching teams would be if I got the Ragnar legs here also. Been working for the last three years to get those legs, so it would be hard to give up. You might have to look into slots. The race has become so popular that they did early registration for next year at the finish line of this years race. Can be kind of hard to get 12 people to commit also.
If you're looking for runs I'm gonna do the Bair Gutsman next year. Looking for anybody who would be interested in suffering with me. It's a 12-14 mile race (depends on how many times you get lost) up the mountain to the radar tower behind Farmington and down the ridge line to the canyon.
Ok now my WOD post. Mandy, Brooke and I did Tabata Something Else. My point total was 368.
Tills- You sure know how to sweet talk a fellow. Thanks I needed it! :) By the way I heard from two of your new recruits (Fry and Wilkey) that you were a new Captain. Congratulations my man. Thanks for letting everybody know so we could all give you some kudos. From now on I expect to see you sign onto the blog as "El Capitan" instead of "J Tills". Congrats again!
Thanks Will that is some good advice as far as the run is concerned. We would have to see if we have the numbers and if we did it you could have any leg you want brother. Of course if is anyone outside of the gym that would want to run it with us that would be fine too. It might be a good way to introduce people to the gym.
Thanks
Jason
