This is a classic benchmark wod everyone...try to make it in to the gym to compare from last time or do it for your first time. Justin and Brooke, you could do this one pretty easily at the rec.center if they have a pull-up bar. :)
It looks like a fun one. I am going to try really hard to make it tomorrow! Just don't add extra on me. lol
Won't get to this one until Wed since I'm a day behind now but I'm gonna try Mary. Usually do Cindy so it will be interesting to see how it goes.
Did rhe WOD from yesterday. Sounded like there were a couple variations of it so I just went for rx'd off the main page.
AMRAP in 20 minutes
Run 400m
15 L pull ups
15 Hip Extensions
4 rounds + 400m run, 7 L pullups
Was able to find someplace to do full ROM hip extensions so didn't have to cheat myself there. The L pull ups sucked. I made sure to get chin over the bar on each one and my "L" was strong on the first round but I'm sure it suffered as each round went on. Was able to get a kip of some kind going around the start of the third round which helped. Prior to that it was just plain old deadhangs.

They all did awesome. They really got their butts kicked it was fun to watch. Great effort guys.

Okay sorry I did not come in today. I did go see the doctor about my arm. He is putting me on a muscle relaxer at night. And then wants me to go get physical theropy. But do I really need it if I am dong crossfit? I told him I was and he had no clue what cross fit was. He said well if its exercise then get it massaged. Something about opening that main vein in my arm. That it was being blocked off. blah blah and so forth. lol I plan to be at the 9:30 am in the morning. I did not make it tonight because I forgot about a thing a friend invited me tonight. And no it was not "Twilight". lol But I wish.... Merry Christmas everyone!
I just read my post it made no sense. Sorry I am wiped and no I am not on the muscle relaxers. "Yet" Anyway, good job on your WOD today babe.
Okay I am pulling a Will and a Tessa! (Multiple blogging) I am now not going to come in in the morning. My kids had a melt down when I told them I would be leaving again. I have been gone alot due to christmas shopping, crossfit etc. So I am going to work out here with Will at home in the afternoon when he gets home. I will be doing the "Cindy" WOD and he will be doing the "Mary" WOD. We will post our times.
