The Skill-of-the-month is Pull-ups.
We will be working on kipping pullups, L-pull ups and
butterfly pull ups. Check out the video link in the

Did todays wod. My weights are up from the last time I recorded it which was at the end of 2007. I know we've done it at the gym since then but I didn't record it. If my memory is right I think I stayed about the same on the max weights but went heavier on the average for each exercise if that makes sense. Shoulders are way tired. Push jerk form needs to get a little better. Cody and Jason gave me some pointers so that will help. Some impressive weights on the board from some of the guys this morning.
