Group WOD


Our Saturday wod's have been a blast!
We are having a lot of people coming in and doing
some fun team workouts.
Bring a friend in today. The more the better!

No soccer game today. Our last game will be
next Saturday January 10.

Hope you all had a good team wod this am. Post and tell me about it. I am on-call for work so I am sorta stuck at home in case I get called in. I wish I could have been there this am. Let's see some posting! :)

Nat- To put it simply, Dave is an evil evil man. Teams of four with five different stations. Wall ball, burpees, power cleans 75#, front Squats 75#, pull ups. Sets of 30, 20, 10. Rotate stations when last person on the team is done. Obviously if you get done quicker you get longer rests. Hope that makes sense. If not just know I thought it was a painful experience.
Mandy did friggin awesome. Being the last one done on our team on pretty much every event she only got two chances to really rest and they were on the last two events of the entire wod. I can't speak for anybody else but as far as me personally I don't know if I would have had the mental toughness to just keep plowing along without any real breaks. STRONG WORK Mandy!

Awww shucks babe! Thanks!! I was dieing lol. There was one point I sat down for a few seconds and had to get up. Because I knew if I sat to long I would not get back up! Will you did great on your form. Glad we have been able to work out together the last 2 days. Travis hope your back is okay for your trip. Everyone did great!!! Dave if you do next Saturday, how about be a little nicer to us! lol I am glad tomorrow is a rest day.

The WOD was fun yet brutal today. It's fun to do teams of that many so we can cheer each other on! Everyone did great! I'm with Mandy - glad tomorrow is a rest day.
My right shoulder has been hurting me, hope I didn't tweek it on that shoulder WOD yesterday. :( We'll see... a little heat maybe?

Yeah that workout was brutal, knee was in pain along with most of my back. A nice hot bath took care of those last night but now i am just sore all over. Looking forward to coming everyday starting tomorrow.
So nice not to be in the globo gym doing WOD's. I also got two chinups yesterday during warmup, my very first pullup of any kind since highschool. lol Crossfit WORKS!
