Rockey, I just read your post from yesterday, nice job on the wod! It's ok to push through the pain of a workout, but if it is true pain with your knee and back or an "injury" pain don't push through that. I'm sure you already know that, but some of you die-hards will just keep going. :)
Sweet that you did some chin ups! We will having you doing your kipping pull ups in no time! We are so glad to have you at the gym with us!!!!

We have some new faces at the gym this month...we are starting out the new year with an awesome group! Nice to have you all join our Crossfit family!

See you all soon.

It was just soreness as most has subsided now. I just pushed it to hard between the press progression then death by clean and jerk and then saturdays team WOD. Just doing active rest and yoga today. I will be ready to go tomorrow morning. :D

Murph as rxd. Done at the station. Have only done this once before about a year ago. Improved by about 34 minutes. Was trying to keep up to Steves time but couldn't quite pull it off. Close but no cigar. You're an animal Steve cuz I don't know how you felt afterwards but I laid on a bench for about 15 minutes afterwards cuz I was toast.
Didn't have anybody to watch my form so I really concentrated on getting full range of motion and trying to keep my form good. I'm sure it degraded towards the end but I'm secure in calling it a legitimate time.
