FYI- If you purchase Zone Perfect Bars from Costco, the Peanut Butter Crunch bars have been recalled due to potential Salmonella contamination. These bars are NOT the same as Dr. Sears Zone bars that are purchased through The Zone Diet website. Those bars are not affected.

It doesn't look like we have enough people to do the Wasatch Relay. A couple of people who had signed up are no longer able to run, so we lost a couple of people who were going to be on the team. Sorry everyone! But keep training for runs! There are a lot of fun local 5K races coming up that we can all run together and other fun events this spring and summer to do. So we will keep you posted on those. Tackle the Tower will be really cool too. Post if you are interested in that. See you tomorrow!
I am interested in tackle the tower. Loved the work out today. (love heavy days) Today we practiced on form. So mine was #95, 105#, 105#, 110#, 100#. At the end we went down in weight so I could go even deeper with squats. Form, Form, Form!! Anyway Nat, as soon as I left I got a call from my work. One of the guys quit no notice. So now instead of getting off at 9:00 tonight I close AGAIN!! Thanks for being there Nat and Jason. You guys rock!!
Oh yeah! Blake it was great to finally see you. As always you rocked!! I can not imagine lifting the weight you do. lol
Today did the Shoulder Press/Push Press/Push Jerk WOD.
Elbow pain when lowering the weight down. Tried keeping the weight light, but the pain still there. Yes I would like some crackers and cheese with my whine!

Steve- sorry about the the elbow. I hate it when you get pain somewhere and it messes up your whole wod. (Remember me whining on Monday about my shoulders and pecs?) ;)

Right now its a WOD to use the LATRINE!!!!! Cant do much else, good luck on the WOD! p.s. I HATE KellY!!
I did the press WOD today my numbers have gone down. I need to work on the presses maybe more HSPU.
Kevin you did awesome yesterday, I know you are sore today, but wait 'til tomorrow. That is going to suck. How is Mandy doing is she sore too?

HAHAHA... I have had the worst case of T-REX arms, maybe its not even crossfit related, I could have slept on them..doubtful!.. yes I am pretty sore!! But on the bright side I still have a pulse! I had a pretty hard time keeping my form tonight,due to some soreness located in my legs! I am looking forward to meeting everyone and improving my crossfit SKILLS! :-)
