Last chance to sign up for the Wasatch Back Relay. We need a committment and payment by this Saturday. We need 12 people to sign up and so far we have 7 people. If you have any friends or family that would like to sign up and run with us please invite them. If we do not have close to 12 people by Saturday, we will not be able to enter. We will try to let you all know by Friday night if we have enough people. Just do it!!!!!! Wasatch Back Relay, June 19-20

There is an option with the Wasatch back relay to do a team of 6 if we don't get the full 12. It is a more intense approach but doable if that is what it takes.

If i am not already included in the 7 count me in and i will bring payment on Saturday. Looking forward to doing this.

Taking an active rest day tomorrow and gonna run a 5k and maybe do some pullups and dips on the gravitron at Gold's. Not for time just taking my time and working on form and ROM.

BC Jeremy Craft from Provo Fire told me he was looking for a team to run the Wasatch with and would love to run with the Viking crew if you would have him. I work with him Friday at the college. Let me know what to tell him. Unless people on the team really like running I would not suggest trying it as an Ultra (6 person team). You would end up with some pretty brutal legs.

I did the 30 muscle ups the other day with a weighted backpack 10:08 I believe. Today I did the main site WOD. It was mentally one of the hardest for me to do. 70# kettlebell swings is so hard. Anything 5 rounds, but this was mentally exhausting.
