Have a great team wod today! My sons' BB games are almost over so I will be able to come in on Saturdays more often. Train hard.
Kevin, your comment yesterday cracked me up!:0
Oh, and Will...one armed wall balls? Amazing!

One armed wall ball......Thanks Will, now I can never have an excuse for missing a WOD again.

This AM
AMRAP 20 min
250 M Row
21 x 95# Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
15 Pull Ups

4 Rounds

Add heavy (for me) SDLHP to my ever growing list of 'goats'. Those took forever!

Hey, we missed everybody at the WOD today!!
We had 5 people for todays WOD and we did fun things like Frankensteins, Windmills, Dive Bomber P/U's, and the "Animals" (I wish I had a camera for that one:)) All that was just the "Warm Up." We then did something called the "Elite PFT", which was awesome. We all had a lot of fun, or at least that is what they said. I look forward to Monday Morning bright and early 0630. Hope to see you there.

Erick- I want to hear more about the Frankensteins and Animals...tell us about them!
Sounds fun.

Nat,
The animals are something that should be experienced. As for Frankensteins, I was accused of teaching dance class... thanks Blake

Looks like I missed out by working today. You would have had to do one called "the gimp" for me to really fit in though.
Steve- What Nat doesn't mention is that they were only 10# or 15# wallballs. As we all know that extra 5-10# can make ALL the difference in the world.
Nat- Thanks for not saying it was a lighter wall ball! Now I've got Steve running scared. Just where I want him! :)
I watched the stretching vid and two things I learned. 1-Good, proper stretching almost looks just as hard as doing the wod. 2- I still like stretchy pants. ;)
See you folks Monday night.
