The Skill-of-the-Month is Stretching. DON'T FORGET TO STRETCH!!! Stretching is so important to do before and after your wod. It will help decrease soreness, improve flexibility, and help prevent injuries. For those of you with tight hip-flexors you need to continue to do your stretching in the gym and at home. Your hips, glutes, and hamstrings all take a role in midline stabilization. Which means if any of these are tight, it will affect core muscles and can lead to pain and/or injury to your lower back, knees, and more. We will be reviewing and teaching new stretches this month for you to work on.

Found a Concept 2 in my Hotel in Frankfurt..
Did 2000m in 7:46.. Wasn't feeling it at all..Ill try it again tomorrow..

I felt weird after laying on the ground of the hotel gym gasping for air ..I thought I scared the cleaning guy when he walked in.. But then he smiled and took a picture of me so he must belong to an affiliate here in Germany..

Felt like I needed some more this evening.....
Thrusters 1 rep max;
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
135/155/185/195/205/210/210.
I'll admit I partly did it so that I could post again. I wish I could make it into the gym at least once a month....

I went in to the 5pm class. I still wanted to do the thrusters really bad. The only time I have ever done them was in fran with a 45# bar. So Dave was really nice and let me do them. So since it was my first time I did it more for practice. They were fun. 65#, 65#, 70#, 70#, 75#, 75#, 80#, 80#. I probably could have gone up more but did not want to push it. Felt good to be there tonight. And poor Dave is sooo sick. I felt bad for him. Get better Dave. And are we really doing 100 squats for time tomorrow? We were just talking about that tonight. It will be cool to try for a goal every so often. :) And yes we need more posts.

I did 30 muscle-ups for time with a weighted backpack. Not for sure on the weight so I handed it to everyone in the station and I got two who said it was 15-20# and one that said it was 30#. My guess it is 15-20#

My time
10:08

Mechanics
consistency
intensity

in that order
