Did some work on overhead squats.

Did today's WOD with Blake. It was good to have someone there to push me since Will is kinda out of the picture! (ha take that :)
As rx'd: 11:24. Yeah I beat Blake... just messin with ya dude, since I know how much you love to blog! I only had to break up the SDLHP a couple times... it was the ring dips where I had to take most of my breaks. I think I'll have to add those as one of my goats. Gotta love it!

Tessa, Tessa, Tessa. What did I ever do to deserve a comment like that?! I keep waiting for you to come do a wod with me so I don't have to keep doing them by myself. I guess our friendship doesn't run that deep. It's ok though. When I think about it at night and cry myself to sleep I've noticed I don't cry as long now. I guess you really do learn to live with the pain, even deep soul scarring pain!

Like most wods it didn't look bad on the board. Wanted to break 10 minutes. Knew after the second round that I was on crack if I still thought that was gonna happen. I figure by the time the shoulder heals up I'll probably be lucky to get 5 pull ups in a row. On the plus side I should be able to hang with the best in CF when it comes to squats and runs. :)
Nice job Tessa and Anonymous on the wod. Gotta love ringdips. Teabag came in as we were getting ready to leave. I was hoping to see the famous shorts but no such luck.

I did todays WOD and finished!!!! By the way, I dont know who the other anonymous is, but it is going to get really confusing with a bunch of anonymous persons blogging on here.

P.S. DAVE, Phil was not mad at you today, and he told anonymous, that he hopes you didnt take it personel. Phil said he was really just upset with himself (his shoulder), and kinda had a little tissy fit!!!

Had to work this morning! Went in still not feeling good. By the end of the shift I was running a fever, burning nose, and sore throat, and stomach ache. I had my work out clothes in car to go. But I just could not do it. So plan is to come in morning. But will see how I feel. I thought even if I sleep in and come to a later class. Play it by ear. Sounds like I missed out on some fun today!

Thanks Anonymous's for posting today. :) You guys rock! Hey Anonymous #2 (I think), I sent you an email today with more shoulder stretches. I think it will help. You can forward it to Anonymous #1, I think it would be good for him too. (or is that Anonymous #2? And your #3?) Aye!
