So I zoomed in like Nat said. Dave looks scared, must be that wicked sweet war face Robbie is busting out. NICE!! I'm with you Nat, Robbie is definitely a bad dude!

Came in this morning and worked out with Dave. Didn't do heavy back squats because i did those on monday. So I did Front Squats instead and hit a PR of 200x2 and matched my previous best of 195x3. Front squats are so odd for me because usually your back squat is better but my back squat PR is only 215x3. A mere 15lb difference. Who knows?

Work hard everyone. See you all monday, i have to work tomorrow so i won't be in.

I think this picture shows why Robbie is kicking serious butt. INTENSITY!!! When you bring it like that, great things happen.

I though this picture would get Robbie to post for sure! Where are you Robbie? :) And where is Brooke, Kevin, Justin, Darrell, Sergio, ....etc. You all need to comment!

Cops,,,,sigh, they never get things right. It's "this is where THE good shit happens".
Rest day today for me. I'll do back squats at home tomorrow when I get off work. Nice to actually do three wods as rxd in a row for the first time in about 1 1/2 months. Now I can feel like I actually deserved the rest day. See some of you Monday.
