Did todays wod this morning. Heard Blake did ring push ups so naturally I had to do the same thing. Blake, you kicked my trash on the ring push ups. I didn't write down my numbers when I left the gym so the only one I remember is 27 on the first round of push ups. They dropped fast after that.
Dave- hope you enjoyed watching Tessa and I work our guts out while you were stuffing your mouth with that huge Beto's burrito. Thanks for sharing.

By the way, yesterdays wod has left me so sore it sucks just bending over to tie my shoelaces. Thanks Jason. I'm wishing I had some slip-on slippers about now.

Did todays Wod! I messed up and did not break between the first 3 rounds. I thought it was for time. So I was cruising right through it! Any way did knee pushups and gray band pull ups. 1-31/10 2-17/7 3-18/8 4-28/9 5-29/8 My arms are shot!!

Yeah, I'm pretty much SORE! Did today's WOD; I also neglected to write down my numbers... sometimes I think I can remember them but then I don't! The first round I think I did 20/18, then it dropped after that, except for the last round Dave finally came around and I got 15/21. That's about all I remember :) Wow, that 2-3 minutes goes by WAY too fast! Like Will said, thanks Dave for sharing your Beto's goodness (yeah right, I hate Beto's; YUCK! LOL) See ya in the AM!
