Sara, I imagine it has something to do with the weather...

I went to the gym last night to do my workout and was surprised to see 5 people there doing the WOD. I think Blake got a PR with his C&J at 200# that guy is an animal.

Darrel it's great to see you still going strong. keep posting I am curious as to your progress

It really blows me away with these guys doing a clean and jerk and they can't even rack it with their flexibility. That shows just how strong they really are.

Man, I wish my excuse was the weather...my husband keeps growing these damn tumors, which in return causes me huge amounts of stress and to be honest, I am just flat out exhausted. I know crossfit will save me, I just need to step it up. Hope to be in the gym sweating my guts out soon :) I am having a BOY by the way...
