Congrats Sarah!!!!!!! I hope all is well. Remember to have him keep his heels down when teaching him to squat. Also never too early to start work on the kipping pull up.
Steve silly, Sarah just found out on ultrasound that she is having a boy, she hasn't had the baby yet. :) But I guess by my post it sounds like she had the baby, lol, I was just responding to her post from yesterday. Funny.
Great job today Phill and Sarah...it was fun to see you two today. You both really pushed hard and did great..nice work!
Steve you make me laugh...although I look 9 mo. pregnant, I still have A LONG WAY TO GO!! Thanks for all the concern about Glen. Sarah- so glad your hubby is ok. That is great news. Phew! Sometimes life can really throw you a curve ball.
Did the wod posted today...wow it was a good one. Your shoulders are already burning by the time you get to the OHS. I liked it. My time was somewhere around 7 minutes...a little slow on my OHS. Jason has been programming some good ones. :)
I did today's WOD with 95#. 7:17. My legs were like jello after. I thought it was a lot of fun though.
Had a lot of fun training today. Phill, Sarah, Sergio, and Natalie in the morning. Eric did Nancy. Blake and his sister Heather and her friend Anna. I hope I got their names right. Then Marty came in at six p.m. Great job everyone and have a great Easter weekend.
