Right on Melanie! I'm excited for you.
My arms and legs are sore so I don't mind the core workout but I'm pretty sure my time is gonna be slow. Ab stuff is not a strength of mine.
If any of you didn't get to do the "300 Challenge" and would like to...you can do it tomorrow. I think I can still turn scores in.

Sniff, it sucks not being able to work out. Monday I am there. And tomorrow I am going on a run with Tessa and Will!! If the weather is bad then I am going to do 150 squats here at home with Will.
Sorry no night class Melanie and all you night people- See you on Saturday! If you can't come in Saturday...work on your squats and push-ups or do the Crossfit warm-up at home 3 rounds for time. :)

Did todays posted WOD. I tried to keep up with Tessa and do GHD situps on all the rounds. Three reps into the 5th round I had to go to abmat situps, my back just couldn't take anymore. By that time Tessa had already been done for about 5 minutes so I figured why lose AND hurt myself. :) Thanks anyways Tessa, I wouldn't have got as many as I did if it wasn't for trying to keep up to you. So thanks for the push. My hamstrings are shot. I really need to listen to Jason and start stretching them alot more. My time ended up at 17:??. I'm sure Tessa can tell you my exact time since she got so much enjoyment out of totally spanking my butt and sending me home crying for mommy.
By the way thanks Dave for making yourself available for us this morning. It is greatly appreciated!

Did the WOD posted today with GHD situps like Will said. I finished in like 12:49 I think... somewhere around there. Will, I had to get at least one win this week after you KILLED me on the 300 WOD.. and no I don't remember your exact time, just that it was 17 somethin :) I was SO light headed right after I finished going back and forth from GHD and back ext... love the head rushes, and wow, my abs are already getting sore :) Gotta love core days! Summertime here I come... I think it's all gonna pay off :)
So I think I've FINALLY got the butterfly pullups down enough that I wanna try them in a WOD... unless today was just a good day, I got like 7 in a row, usually my swing gets so out of control I can only do like 3... After Jason told me last time not to be afraid of hitting the bar with my chin I think I manned up and just did it not caring today. LOL, what's a tooth when you can get a good time, right? (lol, I think that's gonna be my new favorite CrossFit quote) We'll see :)
Well, I won't be in tomorrow for the Saturday WOD cause I'm workin tonight :( And then next week I'll be out of town :( so... I'll see ya'll on Monday :) Have a good weekend everyone.

I'm sad there's no night class! I'll do this work out at home. I'm actually excited about this WOD because I don't have to work my thighs. They are SO mad at me right now...
