Well I was at work and I did 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 thrusters pvc. 14 minutes. Maybe we will do that next week.
Warmed up with deadlifts. Attempted a Pr of 325 and I was not able. I should have tried 320 first. Oh well next time.
Hopefully some people showed up because I know Dave worked on a good WOD for everyone.
I am at work today so doing a WOD in my room doesn't give me the same motivation as doing it at the gym with everyone else. I am sore after the 300 WOD on Friday.
Sorry I missed y'all this AM...had a stupid meeting.Did deadlifts for 1RM & got a PR of 405#. Earlier this week got a 210# c&j pr, and 255# front squat pr...yeah, pretty rough week. Anyway, think I've resolved the Saturday meeting issue...told management they were interferring with my "training to be a better trainer". I was told not to stress, so I should be able to play again:)
