Ok, Girls where were you all tonight? 5 men and me a little intimidating... As Phil said to much teststerone, They were even wrestling in between thier sets. A little extra to add to WOD I guess, Funny..I really love these WOD,they are so much fun. max weight 60lbs 10 more then last time Jason. AWSOME...

Cynthia!! Awesome. I will have to give you my number so you can let me know when you are coming to gym. Because I swore I read last night you were coming in this AM. Then you could be my alarm clock if I fall asleep. lol Going to bed now. Woo-hoo!!

I was going to go this AM. That was the plan, didn't happen. Spring break is messing with my life... I hope someone Decides to be there Friday night. Or I'll be making up something to do at home I guess.

You girls crack me up! Cynthia that is awesome you were there with all the guys, Sarah had that experience last Saturday am. lol. Mandy, and you all, are you going to be there tonight????

So sorry if someone tried to go to the 7am class this morning. Dave said he got stuck on the freeway behind a roll-over and was about 10 minutes late. He saw some tire tracks in the snow in the parking lot. So sorry! Come tonight!

p.s. Melanie..I did the double-under and power clean wod this am and I can already tell my calves are going to be sore too! I made Dave do it with me after he just ate a Beto's burrito and chocolate milk. hahaha. Thanks for suffering with me Dave!

I did tonights WOD! And all I got to say is OH WOW!!! It kicked my trash. I had sweat pouring up in my eyes and mouth. I thought I was going to puke for 15 minutes after I was done. Come to find out I was doing double the work. I basically was doing to squats with the wall ball. Start from the bottom and stand up throw ball. And then come back down to a squat. I guess as soon as I caught the ball I should have dropped it. And I also was trying to at least do 7-8 normal pushups on each round instead of knee pushups. I want to start doing everything as prescribed. Anyway my time was 15 minutes exact. Everyone else there did great tonight. Look forward to tomorrow.

Worked with Will, Mandy, and Melanie today. They all did great. That was an interesting WOD I wasn't sure how long it would take. It really worked out nice with the 1 minute rest. Good job you guys.

I did the WOD after they left. 7:45 minus the two minutes of rest. I actually liked this one a lot. Melanie rest those calves.

Thanks for the workout Jason. It was a good WOD. I just bought a heating pad to put on my calves to help make them feel better.
