lol Is that Rockey or Kevin saying that about the cookies? Since you guys pretty much ate them all. lol Well today was suppose to be a rest day. NOTTTT!!! Went on a hike for about 4-5 hours. The Canyon to the right of the "G". Pretty much straight up hill the whole time. My thighs are killing. (but in a good way because I know I worked them) It was perfect weather and so beautiful up there. I say lets do a Vikings hike very soon before it gets very hot. Will and I might take our rest day tomorrow. We have a garden to put in by tomorrow night. And since today was suppose to be our rest day. lol Anyone game for a hike? When and Where? We know of a few beautiful places or if anyone knows of any. I say goal this summer we hike Timpanogus. But need to go hiking sooner then that. Woop! Woop!

I think it was 3 or 4 rounds of thrusters and then back extensions. We both did pretty heavy weight and pushed it really hard. I look ill. :)
