"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises. Add up total reps from all 32 intervals.

Ok...the bathrooms have been a little scary lately and were out-of-order last week. But they are in service now and are much cleaner!!!! Sorry about that everyone.
Tabata's are so fun! Ok, Tabata's are hard but so good! We haven't done one for a while so make sure to write your scores down on your progress sheets and on the wall. Train hard!

Okay so I did the work out you said to do Natalie. Melanie and I went over to the lehi jr high track. 4 rounds 400 meter run and 50 squats between each lap. My goal was 30 minutes. I did it in 24:05. Running is my weakness and I feel better at it. I am pretty proud of my self for that time. Melanie did awesome to. I will let her post what she did. It was a beautiful day for this work out. Can I just say my thighs were so tight when I first started. And it was amazing how they felt kind of looser towards the end. Sarah come to tomorrow nights class. :)

Nice job mel and mandy!! Me, Ang, Matt and our friend Nicole did the wod at the high school track. I think matt said my time was around 22 min. They all kicked my trash and did AMAZING!! I swear my time was off though...probably around 25. I loved getting out and running in this awesome weather!! Maybe I will come to the night class tommorrow, it would be fun to see everyone :)

I'm so glad that wod worked out for all of you that wanted a wod tonight! That is a fun one to do on a track. Way to go everyone for getting out and doing it....and with good times too! I'm so proud of you all! And way to drag Nicole over to the track too :) As Sarah and Mandy would say...woop! whoop! You are all AWESOME!!!!!
