Sorry for the late posts lately, I'm trying to get things back on track after the big move. Yes, it's official, I'm homeless. Hopefully I'll see you guys tomorrow and Friday. Great job on todays wod, it was a tough one, I'm glad that Blake and Des stayed to cheer me and Phil on. Of course Phil kicked my trash.

I was not able to come in yesterday and today. After missing yesterdays running work out I was going to run the track today. But then this huge storm came in. So Will came up with a work out inside. Can I just say my arms still kill from Monday. lol Dang Wall balls and pull ups. So the WOD we did was 3 rounds 10 push jerks, 20 squats, and 30 push ups. I did 45# push jerks and did half normal pushups and half knee push ups on each round. Time 9:50. Will did 115# Push Jerks and all normal pushups. Time 11:21 This is a harder work out then what it looks like. (at least I thought so) My arms kill even more. Ha! Ha! Hope everyone got some PR's on Dead lifts. Those are my favorite! Might have to do them tomorrow. Woop! Woop!
