Lookin good C4!!

Kate, how are those hamstrings feelin today? Hopefully you can still walk.

where is everybody on the blog this week. I am getting sick of reading Mandy's diatribe everyday.... I like your posts Mandy:)

I hope everyone has a great 4th and that our firefighters get lots of sleep...good luck!

Just a reminder I will not be teaching a 0600 class tomorrow. I am not sure if Cody was available or not.

Who is coordinating the Timp hike? I am taking my oldest in two weeks. It would be great to see you cats on the trail. Perhaps take a swim in Emerald lake? any takers?

great work this week everyone

My wod today....Mini Cindy (10 minutes) 7 rounds. Hawaii sure does make you laaazzzy. The pull up bar and gym is pretty lame here. But everything else is beautiful!!!!! After the wod I ran to the pool and jumped in with all my gym clothes on...it felt sooo good! I've always wanted to do that after a wod. :)
Sounds like you are all doing great! Keep up the good work and we will see you all Monday. Happy 4th of July weekend! Good things are happening in July at the gym. ;)

For those of you who do not know yesterday was my board interview for Army Officer Candidate School. Suffice it to say that I was successful and I will be leaving for basic training on September 29th, I will be leaving Utah and moving my wife home to Alabama around the second week of September.

Crossfit truly has changed my life, because one year ago I thought for sure my desire to join the military would go unfulfilled. With the desire to get in shape came Crossfit and with Crossfit came a whole new attitude towards life and fitness. I look forward to continuing to train with everyone until the day I ship out. The time I have spent in this gym, with the trainers and with all of you guys who motivate me everyday have been amazing. Without all of you I could not have lost 125# and now be moving towards my goal of becoming an Army Officer. Thank You.

Hoooah!
