There is no Friday night class and I can't make it in the mornings and I don't know if I will be able to make Saturdays either. But I forgot that I said I would help move Friday if you need help. That will be a good workout there.
Is there not going to be a 6am class on Friday? I thought Erick said we would have one. Could you let me know? Thanks. Did the wod today and was able to max out at 85lbs. My lower back is sore from Tuesday's wod. and my hands still hurt from Rocky's wod on Tuesday, thanks a lot:)
Jennifer I hear you and Kate and the 6am crew are just rockin! Keep up the good work. Ill get back with you about Friday. We thought a lot of people would have the day off on Pioneer Day and want to sleep in a bit. Who else would like a 6am class?
I will text Erick and see if it is still on. I remember him saying he would be here but maybe something changed. I know for sure he is gone next week, but not sure when he was leaving.

Thanks for the bday wishes! :) Jaosn, Erick and I spent the day at CF 801 doing some Oly-lifting training with Dutch Lowy, one of Crossfit's finest athletes. It was awesome and we can't wait to do some more Oly training at the gym. I will have to do Annie tomorrow....that's my favorite wod!
Natalie since it is your birthday there should be a pic of you up there. lol I have to say I really loved this WOD. I did this WOD last year. Time then was 17:27. Today I did it in 12:. If I figured it out right I took 5 min and 13 seconds off of my time. Woo-hoo!! After I practiced double unders and I can do them. I did not know I had been doing them right all this time. Of course its not continuous. I have to stop after each one. So next time I do this WOD it will be double unders. lol Natalie I am glad you had some fun on your birthday. You deserved it!!
