Well we had a great group this morning at 06:00 a.m. The times were all under 9 minutes I believe. I did the WOD at work and used a bench that seemed really high it took everything I had to jump on it that many times. The first few rounds really sucked, but once you got past 5 it wasn't too bad.

I had to use the clock on the wall because I did it at work so I don't know how accurate my time is.

Great job everyone! I did the wod today too and it's very deceiving. 5:47. Phew. It was so fun to do at the new gym. :) Have a great class tonight everyone.

Thanks for the WOD. I finished in 6:27. The new gym is super nice. Can't wait to use the new lifting platforms. We are gonna see some PR's because of those. Just practicing OHS this morning i could push through my heels so much better and felt 100 times more solid on them.

Natalie your time was amazing! How do you do it? lol Well I am glad for Cody tonight. Once again he told me to do something I thought I never could. I started to step up on the box and he said Mandy what are you doing?? Jump up there. So I did all of them jumping. It took me longer but I did it for my first time in a WOD. Thanks Cody! Then did the normal pushups. Although towards the end I believe they were a fall on my face push up. lol Everyone was kicking butt on this WOD. I think the nights classes times were awesome to. oh yeah Time 10:19

Mandy, great job. I don't want to jump and scrape my knees, I'm a wuss I know. Anyways, today's wod was good. My thighs were so shaky and are actually a liitle sore in the inner thighs. It's like I have never worked them before, weird. Did it under 8 minutes.

Oh, and I'm so not doing the back extension wod, nice try though:)
