Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots
10 GHD or ab-mat Sit-ups
10 Back extensions

~All workouts are scaled to each individual's skill level~

Jason, Erick (missing from picture), and I went to an Olympic lifting seminar last week with Dutch Lowy. It was excellent! We had a lot of fun and meet some great people.

Are you doing them right? :) Or are you just sore from your wod last Friday? Hmmmm...you all should have stuck with snatches. :)

Doing that with GHD's was down right brutal. I got 10 rounds and was so dizzy I almost puked. Good workout none the less and Jenn set the bar high this morning with 14 rounds using the 15lb med ball and abmat situps.

Rocky, that's great! Sorry I couldn't stay to cheer you on like you did me. It was hard this morning but I feel really good about it! I'm sure now that I am going home and sitting for the first time all day, I'm going to be pretty sore so we will see. good luck afternoon crew! I really did enjoy this one!

This was a fun WOD! Only negative thing about new gym is those stairs out front. lol It was funny we were holding on tight to make sure legs did not give out. hahahahaha! I did 11 rounds + 7 WB. I was trying really hard on squats to make sure bottom was touching calf muscles. Things that I know are hard for me in a WOD I try to focus on them and practice. I thought everyone did soooo awesome tonight. Way to go night crew! And it sounds and looked like morning crew rocked it!
BY THE WAY!!!! I made a quick sign up sheet for the TIMP HIKE!! The other one was left at old gym. The dates that look best are August 8th or 15th. We will be starting the hike at 6am. If you will not be at gym let me know on here. And those that did sign up at gym will you let me know again. Starting from scratch. Dave I don't know if I have your number. Are you still planning to come? Nat, Blake, Phill, Dez, I believe you signed board. If I forgot I am sorry. Also to all new people or anyone who has been thinking about it, come with! It will be a lot of fun. And maybe we can take a really cool CF pic on top of the mountain. 3...2...1...GO!!

I am definitely in for the Timp hike. Just let me know what day we are going. You did an excellent job this morning Jenn and I am sure your muscles will let you know how well you did in a day or so.
