REST DAY



You will start seeing a rest day posted on a weekday now, which could be on any day of the week. The rest day will rotate due to the trainer's schedules at the Fire station. There will still be 5 days of the week you will be able to train. Check the schedule the first of the week so you can arrange your training days. Also, coming soon..... Everyone will need to sign-up for the classes they want to attend. This will help keep class sizes from getting too big and help the trainer's see who is coming to which class times. We will also be changing our payment system. We will let you know when these changes will take place. Don't worry...change is good! These changes are to help make things easier for everyone. :)

Hey I want to hear more comments about yesterday's wod....it was FRAN people! Come on let's hear what ya'll thought about it. Personally, I thought it sucked. But for some reason I was more smoked after the burpee wod on Monday. I did feel great though after Fran (well, like 15 minutes after)and througout the rest of the day. :) Crossfit rocks.

And no comments on the beautiful Fran pic??? :)

Nice picture Kevin! It looks like you are sitting on Rockey's head. hehehe.

Natalie that pic looked like me doing Fran yesterday. I woke up this morning and thought man I was winey yesterday lol. Kevin that is a pretty cool pic of ya. And I will come up with a list so we can start signing up for the hike in August. If there is a certain date that will not work for you let me know. And we will try to plan around it so everyone can go. If you are worried about it being to hard still go. You can stay in the back with us slow folk. It will be so much fun. And how cool will it be to take pictures doing squats or hands stands on the top of timp.

Yes this is another post from Mandy, Erick. Ha! Ha! I did not realize I was going to do a work out tonight and it was actually quite fun. But it gives you dead arms. Will and I were watching Crossfit videos last night and watched Gillian do this WOD(she is from the Black Box New York city)
9-7-5
Clean Squats (I did 55#, I think I could have done more)
Hand Stand Push Ups. (I did them from a bench)
My time was 4:03.
Will pushed me through it. Thanks Babe. Will did full range Handstand push ups and did 115# squat cleans. Good job babe! Jason it is one of those high intensity WOD's you like. :)

Natalie, the burpees totally wiped me out and Fran, I think I was just still sore from the burpees. I didn't have any soreness in my legs like the morning crew did. I made the mistake of telling Erick that and I'm pretty sure he is going to make me work harder next time :) But I do have to say, Fran, litterally was painful for the first 4 minutes after I was done. I thought my hands and forearms were going to fall off. Anyways, no pain now which means, anything is doable right?

Mandy great job. I was way too wiped out from Fran to do another WOD today. I totally took advantage of the rest day. I did see that video and that is a pretty cool WOD we will have to do it at the gym some day.
