So I did the WOD this morning. Before I did it I thought maybe this is too easy. I should have put more jumping pull-ups in and maybe made it a couple of rounds. Then I did it. I felt good during and after the jumping pull-ups. Then I started feeling it at about 15 knees to elbows. I finished those and the hang power snatches just killed me. On the ground afterward. Good luck everyone tonight I will be there to watch you get through it. I feel your pain.

Ya, today's wod was tiring! The k2e took me forever! Did it in 7:40 I think.
