Jennifer and Ori have both got their kipping pull-ups! Congratulations you two! That is a great accomplishment. You can't see her feet but Jennifer is doing a legit chin over the bar kipping pull-up!

Sorry for late workout post, we were up the canyon and forgot how long it takes to get to Cascade Springs and back. We were all car sick :(

i'm such a weenie - i want to skip tomorrow!! i hate burpees! i don't know what a burpee-pullup is, but it doesn't sound like fun. we should be kept in the dark about the WOD until we get there! jen seconds this motion...
Hey all, I'm back from Wisconsin finally. We are having a show and tell for our new Truck this morning at 10:30. You guys should all come check it out if you have the time. If not we'll see some of you this afternoon.

Natalie, I came this morning so shame on Kate! I did the wod in 12:28, not bad since about a month and a half ago, it took me 12 min to do regular burpees.
