This is a benchmark wod, don't forget to write it down under the benchmark section in your folders. Write down yesterday's wod too...it's always a good one to look up that one up too.

Sorry Rockey, 225# for men. Women will be about 80% of mens Rx weight. Hopefully you found out before you wod this am. :) How did it go?

Hey ya'll...did Dianne yesterday for the first time(7:35rx)...so I did RYAN today. As rx'd,at 17:44, that was probably one of the most BRUTAL WODs invented! Anyway, have fun:)

I sucked it up on today's wod. I had no energy or motivation to do better. I can't even remember what my time was. Those modified hspu killed me! I think I'm finally feeling some soreness in my shoulders and back. I did 95 lb deadlifts.

Fun WOD today! Did 95# Dead Lifts and Box HSPU. Time 4:15. I really pushed myself through it. Loved it. The dead lifts were really light so I was able to pay attention to my form and push through faster. I like Diane!!! lol Thanks for the training tonight Jason! Everyone did sooo good tonight. And all the scores on the board were really good to. Go vikings!
