I cannot be the only one posting! What is up with this. You guys are boring!!!!!! We had a huge class tonight. And then there were even more there for the 6pm class. I loved it today. I left feeling like I worked hard. We did the warm up, jumprope, snatches. And then he added a 3 round thing in. It was 3 rounds of 15 knees to elbows, 10 jumping pullups. My time was 4:32. I was trying hard to get me knees to elbows everytime. Love those things. Then on the snatches we ended up counting the 35# weight we practiced with. So mine was 35, 45, 65, 70, 70. I loved learning the breathing thing. It helped a lot. Everyone did really awesome tonight!! We rock!!!!!

I'm sad I didn't make it there tonight. I had an Honor Guard meeting. We had to do height weight and dress blue uniform inspection. So I would have rather been crossfit'in. I did go and run hills, that was not fun :( Bean had to work late (so she says) ;)
We had a lot of fun today and tonight. We have been seeing a lot of new people and it has been fun having them come. Thanks everyone for making the new people feel welcome.
The snatch is such a fun lift. It really makes you feel strong. Take care and good luck tomorrow everyone.
