There has been some good wods this week...great job to all of you who have been hitting the wods hard. Tomorrow is a much needed rest day for everyone. Friday is a short and fun wod so I will see some of you then! Have a good rest day.

Note: Friday am classes will be a wod, then the back squat training is at 5 pm. Try to be there. :)

Hey Nat! I don't have the list with me on who is coming. But I believe it was like 10 of us. James(new at our gym and forest ranger) was going to post the best place to park because they are doing a lot of towing. He said the parking lot by the trail usually fills up by 5 am. So the suggestion was to car pool. I live right by the lehi exit and SR92 that takes you right to the canyon. I can fit 5 more people in my car. You can just leave your car at my house. And those that have another car to hold more of us that would be great!!
I know Will, Rockey, Blake, Dez, Kevin, Sabrina, Jess, me (Dave is going to run his race and then catch up with us and Phil was going to try and get it off) Speaking of Phil, he does not know who signed him up. lol...... Who am I forgetting? I don't have list with me and it's still to early to think.

That is a cool picture love the Socks, I think it you awesome Viking Crossfit hotties should all wear socks like that :) So who is Juli Peterson? I am going to come to the class even though I have a 10 year class reunion at 1800 at UVU :( :( Crossfit is much more important then that..
