Sorry Jenn, We are going to bear lake tomorrow, so no friday for me. I really am still motivated it has just been a crazy few weeks. I will see you on Monday bright and early.
OH man, I'm glad that I came in after work today to do the wod! I just couldn't get up this morning. My legs are still sore from yesterday's wod. If I sit for more than a half hour at a time, I get stiff and can't walk. Anyways, today I did 7 rounds in 20 minutes with the 26lb kb :) Looking forward to sleeping in again tomorrow am.

Fun WOD! The KB wiped me. I did not think I would even be able to pull my self up on pull ups. This has been a arm work out week for sure. At least we are saving the legs for Saturday. I used 35# KB and only did 5 rounds and on the 6th round I skipped the KB and just did the pullups and push ups before time was done. Yes I cheated. lol
