Great picture Kathy... Keep up the good work! All you morning ladies...Kathy,Monica, Kris, Tonia, Kate, Jennifer, Cami, and Vanessa are all doing awesome. (hope I didn't forget anyone). And Paula...so glad you came in on Monday...hope you had a good workout! And you night ladies know you rock too!
As for yesterday's wod...I could barely lift my arms to blow dry my hair after I got home. WOW!

Okay I thought my arms were Jelly last night. Not!!! I love this work out. I used the 45#bar for snatches and did air squats. It hurt oh so good. Time 9:28.
Okay peeps everyone needs to start posting on here what they do. I personally think it is exciting to see everyones improvements. I know it is a good feeling and I know everyone else feels good. So let's see some posting!!! Every time is a good time because it is each of our personal goals. I love going to the gym and seeing everyone push through the WOD's. Plus I like knowing someone else does not have a life like me and have to be on this blog everyday. lol You guys all rock, I saw everyones times on board. Way to go Vikings!!

All right Mandy, I will post that I am sorry to the AM folks for not telling them that I won't be there tomorrow. I even said "I will see you tomorrow" I am a Liar:( reality sucks just about as bad as the WOD I just did. 1.5 miles for time (9:47) followed by 4 rounds of 1/4 mile run, 50 squats. I hope we don't work legs tomorrow!
Seriously though, where are all the AM folks?

My legs feel like they have never worked out before, today's wod killed my legs! I did such light weight on the snatches :( Oh well, did it in under ten minutes with good form, right Erick? I'm pretty sure I won't be able to walk in the morning

You had great form and there is a reason your legs are sore...You killed'em with 100 squats not to mention the two squats for every snatch. So that only adds another 100 squats to the workout with another 15# added to the exercise. The only thing we could have done to kill'em even more would have been Burpees or Wall Balls! hmmmmmmmmm
Stretch and HYDRATE and you will be fine
Jenn there still is a morning class tomorrow, Jason will be there at 6. So no rest day tomorrow for you. I am a slacker for not coming in this morning, but I think I will go to the night class tomorrow because Erick is teaching that.
