I've done today's WoD and I rock and I suck, and I'm tired. HSPU (I did 10 of almost the real thing, I just need to go a little lower). I did the proscribed weight for the SDHP. But my DU's were awful. I need to practice those. Regardless, today's workout was killer and I loved it!

Tough wod today and the am classes did AWESOME. Way to Clark, already doing HSPU and RX weight!

Dez was very impressive this am too doing all reps the full 20 minutes. And Jim and Sammy (a couple of our new clients) were amazing this am as well. It's fun to see our new clients already making progress.
Ok, PM crew...you've got your work cut out for you. :) Have fun tonight.

Darrell...we miss you and glad you're still popping in and doing our wods with us. Keep in touch.

Cody sorry about tonight. It was a crazy night. I feel really stupid. I'm glad there were only 3 people there to witness it. I'm doing ok so far. I just hurt. I'm mad I didn't get to do the workout. Sorry Jessica we didn't get to see you finish but I'm sure you rocked.

Well I only ended up doing a ten minute WOD. Between Mel and my son I have now locked myself away. While I was at gym got an emergency call that my son was stung AGAIN. And could I get home?? No, the freeway was at a stand still. He ended up getting a epi. So I am checking out for the rest of the weekend. I just was not feeling it tonight. Dez I did the first round singles and regreted it. So the second round I did tucks. I was just having a hard time. And then my friend(won't mention any names) scared me pretty bad. Don't feel stupid Mel it could have happened to anyone. Jess I agree with Mel, I know you rocked it. Good job everyone!!
