I'm back from the Level 1 Crossfit Instructor/Trainer Course, I loved it. I gotta give our trainers serious prop's because I was VERY prepared, thank you Viking Crossfit Trainers.

It was nice working out this morning after a fun 4 day weekend. My shoulders are so tired. I did assisted HSPU and my time was 6:23. Everyone did a great job this morning Dave way to go on your Hand stand push ups and Erick too. I can see so many people getting stronger it is awesome.

This was quite a bit of fun. Quite the shoulder blast.
I have to admit that I couldn't keep up with Erick and his double squat on the wall ball.
Was a great workout this morning.

Loved the work out! My arms are still so tired from yesterday. I did the 20# ball. eeeek Time I think was 7:49. Everyone did really good and there was a lot of people there tonight. Woot Woot!

Oh yeah almost forgot. Natalie had mentioned she would love to do a girls night out with the gals at the gym. For all you girls that are Twilight fans know that the New Moon movie is coming out in November. Any way I am part of Team Alice who helps coordinate the event. There are several package deals. But there will be the Mitch Hansen Band concert plus movie. You get shirts and everything. We will have to coordinate which time will work for everyone. The tickets are on sale now. You can even get your friends and family to come to. Let me know.

Girls...let's all do this, I think it will be a lot of fun!
Great job today everyone. Still getting my back evaluated so I've missed some wods and have really had to scale down the others. :( Hopefully I will have a diagnosis soon so I know what exactly is going on. It's so hard to miss out on these awesome wods!

Did the WOD at about 8:30 my arms were so tired. The wall-balls and the jump didn't bother so much it was the HSPUs. Well trying to lift my hands up on the jump was tough.

I did the wod and did triple wall balls and 1 1/2 hand stand push ups because I'm a super stud.
