I was crying like a little baby before I started this WOD. I so tried to stall. I have done it before and knew it was a hard one. I finished and I loved it after I did it. When you finish a WOD like that it feels like such a sense of accomplishment.

Can't wait to see you all tonight. If you are thinking twice about coming on a Friday night, don't because you need to do this WOD. Plus it is a benchmark.

It kinda sucks when in round 2 of 7, your legs are already burning. But it gets better and you feel so good after the wod! I got to do this wod with Ori today.....(16#) 9:57 for me, Ori 10:15 (15#). Thanks for pushing me Ori and Jason! Then Jason did it after and just had to beat me...grrrr!
Everyone did so well today...this wod is tough but you all kept moving and got through it....I was so impressed with you all. Remember to stretch today and this weekend!

So a friend of mine and another guy started a website called TRANSFORMETICS.com. It's a website promoting mental, physical and nutrition fitness success. I tried getting him involved in Crossfit over a year ago with no success after he watch a youtube video called FILTHY FITHTY, some of you have heard of this WOD!! So anyways you guys should check out this website and especially the videos of the workouts they are promoting. LOL it all might look a little familiar. So if you think it’s hard to pay for the Crossfit fees sometimes, just look at their prices and just think, you could be working out at Golds!!! YAAAAAAA. Less talking more doing.

Thanks Phill! I was going to post something on our blog about this very subject. I too have noticed lately a lot of trainers at Gold's or other facilities claiming they train "CrossFit" or "functional movments". Beware...anyone can take a workout off the mainsite and put a client through it. But just know that you all here at Viking Crossfit are getting a true Crossfit workout from certified Crossfit trainers in an true affilitated Crossfit gym. We have spent hours at seminars learning the movements, pathophysiology, programming, nurtrtion, Olympic and barbell lifting and more. We are passionate about Crossfit and decided to become trainers because we love it and love teaching and helping others. Thank you all for choosing to train with us here at Viking....our gym is getting bigger and better everyday!

Wow, this work out about killed me today but it is true what Jason said after you are done you feel such a huge sense of accomplishment. I love how much the work outs pushed us this week. It was a great week and I am looking forward to the group workout tomorrow. Corey
