Me, Mandy and Sammie did Monday's wod yesterday and what a workout that was... They always look easy until you actually do them.. haha... But, I loved it..
I really loved this WOD. I exposed my weakness, well one of them anyway. Shoulder press. I got my butt kicked by this WOD and my shoulders felt it. In a good way.
I guess its good to see pics of yourself, because sometimes you find that your make faces like that. Thats obviouslly a weakness of mine. That face pisses me off!!
Welcome Wade! We are happy to have you at the gym with us. Nice job on your wod today. The shoulder presses are a killer!
Phill- everyone makes faces like that when they are lifting heavy, for some reason I always seem to be at the gym with my camera when it's you and Blake lifting! I'll post some of other's soon. They are great pics because it shows the true intensity of the athlete. Great job! (Meanwhile- zoom in on Erick's pic at the top) :)

We did this wod on 7/20/09 so you can compare your times. This picture is priceless.
[sigh] I'm not that thrilled with running.
I think Erick summed up the effort on today's WOD. "It's not a competition, but I'm going to kick your butt"

Yes this was the slowest time of the day so far.
I was definitely a lot weaker on this than I would hope. Two of my weaknesses on the same WOD. Not good, but still loved it.

True, but you have to admit Blake gives a new meaning to the phrase poop face. LOL
