I don't know if it was working out in the early morning or what but this WOD really worked me. It was short but I was tired after. Nice big class this morning. Everyone is doing the ZONE it is great to have that support. It makes me not want to give up.

HEY ALL YOU ZONERS....tell us how your feeling and doing so far. Post some of your favorite meals and snacks too. Snacks seem to be the hardest for everyone.

Tonight we had so many people at the gym it was great! Everyone's deadlifts looked great and you all pushed really hard. It was nice to meet you Valerie, Kami, and Travis...we hope to see you again soon! It was fun to train tonight, you all have such great attitudes and were all very patient with the large group. See some of ya tomorrow.

I really have liked the way I've been feeling since doing the zone. I have lost 2 pounds and have alot more energy. The workout this morning was so awesome my legs are feeling it already. Thanks to the trainers who have been pushing me.
